Our Reserved Straight Whiskey is aged a minimum of 4 years in 53-gallon re-chared white oak barrels. This beauty is pot distilled three times like an Irish whiskey but from a mash bill of corn, millet and oats and only a true heart cut is used in this whiskey. A pleasing nose with a very smooth and complex pallet of caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, cherry, walnut, allspice and a light oak finish that is mouth filling, smooth and lingering.
